A range of corrosion tests can be carried out in-house including;

• ASTM G48-A (UKAS Accredited)
• ASTM A262 Practice C
• ASTM A262 Practice E

Where corrosion testing is required for sour service then the following can be subcontracted to other UKAS accredited test facilities;

• Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC)
• Sulphide Stress Corrosion Cracking (SSCC)

All our destructive test samples are cut and machined in-house by our highly trained and very experienced machine shop personnel. Machine shop facilities include;

• Lathes of various sizes
• Vertical and horizontal milling machines
• Broacher
• Surface grinder
• Plasma cutting equipment
• Horizontal band-saws of various capacities
